2026 Ford Ranger Raptor: One Seamless Finish

For this 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor, the goal was to eliminate contrast and create a fully unified exterior—transforming the factory black trim-heavy look into a seamless, paint-matched finish from every angle.

Factory trim before paint matching

RTRI paint matched the fender flares, bumpers, mirrors, window trim, and surrounding exterior components to create a one-of-one look that feels like it should have come from the factory that way.

What made this build possible was our expert application of Ngenco’s spray-applied paint protection film system.

Unlike traditional rigid film applications, Ngenco’s flexible spray-applied coating can conform to complex trim pieces and irregular surfaces while maintaining durability and protection. Its seamless application process also eliminates the visible edges and joins common with traditional film-based protection systems.

That gave us the ability to color-match components that are typically difficult—or impossible—to refinish properly using conventional methods.

The result is a Ranger Raptor with a fully integrated exterior finish and a level of refinement that sets it apart from every other truck on the road.
